To meet all our client’s expectations, we offer the option to get a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the extension, should anyone not be satisfied with its options. Please let us know what exactly isn’t working or why you were unhappy with Revive.so and we will be happy to help out. If that doesn’t work out, we will process a refund.
Keep in mind that all of our packages are monthly, automatically renewable subscriptions. If the user does not cancel the subscription before it is processed, it means he/she wants to continue using the plugin, and receiving updates & support.
